I have albinism and am legally blind. I carry a white cane when I walk around in public. I'm currently 22, but right before I made this edit, it said I was 17, so this age will be inaccurate soon enough. I'm mostly on here for my hobbies like lolita fashion and Pokemon collecting.
I am one of the biggest foreign language nerds you will ever meet. I graduated high school with EIGHT foreign language credits and all three departmental language awards (for French, Spanish, and Mandarin Chinese.) I have also been studying Japanese on my own since I was thirteen. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Old Dominion University in May 1012. I majored in Foreign Languages and Literatures with a concentration in Spanish and a minor in Japanese. I want to eventually get my PhD. in a Japan-related field of study and become a college professor.
I'm less of an anime/manga fan than I used to be, but I think I'll always be fond of SPIRAL ~suiri no kizuna~, Fullmetal Alchemist, D.Gray-Man, Ouran High School Host Club, Fruits Basket, Cat Street, and Peacemaker Kurogane.
I really enjoy listening to music and like a wide range of artists from Owl City to Emilie Autumn to Miwa Sasagawa to Thriving Ivory.
I'm very open minded and do my best to not judge people before getting to know them.
